Frequently asked questions
Straight answers from the people who build them.
Which animals can I feed with it?
Deer, hogs, dogs, chickens, horses, goats, sheep, cattle and wildlife. One mechanism, many animals — just choose the feed type and schedule that fits.
How many feedings can I schedule per day?
Up to 20 feedings per day, so your animals eat on time, every time — even when you're not on the property.
What's the difference between the Classic Timer and the Smart WiFi model?
Both run the same rugged dispenser and feed on schedule. The Classic Timer is programmed at the unit. The Smart WiFi model is controlled from your smartphone, so you can adjust schedules and monitor feedings from anywhere.
What types of feed does it work with?
Pellets, grains, meal and more. The zinc-plated auger is built to move a wide range of feed types reliably.
How is the feeder powered?
The mechanism runs on a 12V DC motor. For off-grid installations, an optional solar kit keeps it running without wiring.
Can one feeder feed two animals at once?
Yes — the Y-Splitter accessory splits the output so two animals (or two pens) are fed from a single dispenser.
Can it stay outdoors year-round?
Yes. The housing is weather-resistant and built for hard outdoor duty, season after season.
Do you ship across the United States?
Yes — we ship nationwide from our US warehouse. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Is there a warranty?
Every King of Feeders product is backed by our manufacturer warranty against defects. If something's wrong, contact our support team and we'll make it right.
Can I add the solar kit later?
Absolutely. The solar kit is available separately, so you can start with a standard setup and take it off-grid whenever you're ready.
